Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Union Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift at our Lake Orion, MI facility. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC, pumps, motors, hydraulics, and building automation systems to keep production lines up and running.
You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts, and support safety and environmental compliance. Journeyman certification in HVAC, electrical, or related crafts is required, with overtime
Qualifications
- Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas.
- Facility maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with pumps, motors, hydraulics and related controls.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools and work in varying conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing process equipment and building systems.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance and document results.
- Manage spare parts inventories and complete PM tasks on schedule.
- Support safety programs and coordinate with facility management.
