Job summary

Vestis is seeking an Account Executive - Uniforms to strategically target potential customers and grow new business in the Uniforms Division. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs and solutions, and drive revenue while meeting a sales quota.

Travel may be required to cover regional markets. The role emphasizes building relationships with multiple levels of customer decision makers, leveraging Vestis value proposition and whole-product solutions, and reporting insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Sales/Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is expected.

Responsibilities

Develop a customer base by systematic business development to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships.
Developing & qualifying leads within territory to drive sales opportunities.
Proactively initiating contact with target customers and maintaining engagement.
Securing first appointments with target decision makers.
Managing the prospect funnel and ensuring alignment of opportunities.
Following through on selling activities to maximize close ratio.
Persuasion and strong closing skills are essential.
Work independently to manage territory and adapt to market changes.
