Job summary

Empath Health in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Telecom Administrator to own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the RingCentral UC and contact center platforms. This role acts as the primary technical owner of voice and contact center operations.

You will design extensions, dial plans, routing logic, and IVR structures, ensure scalable and reliable voice services, and collaborate with IT leadership and business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree requirement or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of VoIP or unified communications experience.
3+ years administering RingCentral.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain architecture of the unified communications platform including extensions and dial plans.
Design and administer the organization’s contact center with queues, agent groups, routing profiles, IVR structures.
Develop and maintain IVR systems and time-based routing.
Support reporting and analytics within the contact center and ensure QoS.
Lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to long-term UC strategy.
