Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document contact center requirements.
• Design IVR flows and routing for new needs.
• Translate requirements into operational solutions and timelines.
• Collaborate with tech to leverage existing assets and identify new tools.
• Oversee administration of contact center platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to maintain uptime 24/7.
• Ensure changes follow a standardized Change Request Process.
