Job summary

Great HealthWorks, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Telecommunications Architect to design and support both an open-source voice platform and NICE InContact CXone cloud contact center.

You will define target architectures, lead modernization, and own API integrations bridging voice, IVR, SMS, and third-party services. The role requires deep expertise in VoIP, Linux, and cloud contact center tooling, plus strong documentation and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience in open-source VoIP and cloud contact center environments.
• Experience designing, rebuilding or migrating production voice platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the voice platform architecture across open-source and cloud components.
• Lead design, build, migration and cutover for modernization projects.
• Provide tier-3 support and root-cause analysis for voice and contact center issues.
• Develop and maintain integration APIs and scripts.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 operations.
