Job summary

You will install, maintain and optimize UC solutions (Avaya UC, CUCM), assist in capacity planning and project implementations, provide technical support, and mentor junior Voice-Network Engineers.

Minimum 5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, onsite work, and a salary range of $75,582 to $98,256 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or relevant work experience.
• Avaya UC experience required.
• CUCM administration required.
• Experience with PBX, Voice Mail, and ACD administration.
• Knowledge of fiber optics and carrier provisioning.

Responsibilities
