Zurich North America is hiring an Underwriting Account Service Associate to support seasoned underwriters in risk review and analysis. This hybrid role reports to one of several North American offices, with Scottsdale, AZ as a possible location, and emphasizes flexible work arrangements.

You will handle basic to moderately complex servicing for new business, renewals, and endorsements, assist with data collection, and maintain strong customer communication under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with no prior experience in relevant areas, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice.
• High School Diploma with 2+ years' experience in admin, customer service, or insurance.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis; Microsoft Office experience.

Aufgaben

• Review and summarize risk exposures, controls, loss history, and financial condition to aid underwriting decisions.
• Follow underwriting instructions on rating, pricing, policy construction, coverages, and forms to quote policies.
• Provide end-to-end account servicing for new business, renewals, and endorsements for basic to moderately complex business and products.
• Respond to inquiries promptly under supervision; collaborate with underwriters and managers.
• Support underwriters with broker/agent interactions and basic customer service.
