Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an Underwriting Account Service Associate to join the E&S Excess Casualty team in a hybrid Atlanta area role. You will support underwriters with risk review, data analysis, and end-to-end servicing for new business, renewals, and endorsements.

Reporting to the Underwriter and Manager, you will quote and issue policies, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with brokers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Zurich Apprentice with no prior insurance experience.
• High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, and summarizes risk exposures, controls, loss history, and financial condition.
• Assists in policy rating, exclusions, and form completion to quote and issue policies.
• Provides end-to-end account servicing for new business, renewals, endorsements.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely manner under supervision.
• Supports underwriter with broker/agent interactions.
