Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Zurich Apprentice credential with insurance focus.
• Strong data collection and analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting basics.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, and summarizes risk exposures to aid underwriting decisions.
• Follows instructions on policy rating, pricing, and coverages to quote and issue policies.
• Provides end-to-end servicing for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Responds to inquiries promptly under supervision by Underwriter/Manager.
• Supports broker/agent interactions with basic customer service.
