Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives in Michigan to drive growth in a full-time, in-office role. You will build relationships with local businesses and manage a book of business across broadcast, digital solutions, and events.

As a consultative seller, you will prospect, qualify, and close new business, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
