Townsquare Media Group in Casper, WY is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own a book of business, bring in new clients, and build lasting relationships. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on strategic, consultative sales across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You’ll prospect, qualify, and close deals, collaborate with internal teams, and drive growth with data-driven insights. UNCAPPED earning potential is a key perk of this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals.
• Demonstrated success identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
