Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is expanding its Texarkana sales team. We are seeking an Account Executive who will own a book of business, build strong client relationships, and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.

You will present tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, while collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns and grow client ROI. This is a high-energy, consultative sales role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
