Townsquare Media Group is seeking an Account Executive in Dubuque to take ownership of a book of business in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You will close deals, attract new clients, and cultivate long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

The role is full-time with an emphasis on consultative selling, data-driven prospecting, and strategic campaigns. Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits accompany growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
