Keysource Acquisition, a long-standing pharmaceutical distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager in Fort Lauderdale. The role offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly/individual and team bonuses.

You will cultivate pharmacy relationships nationwide, drive revenue growth, and manage accounts from new acquisition to retention. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience and an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales areas through outbound and inbound calls, referrals, and emails to Pharmacies nationwide.
• Drive revenue growth by cultivating high-value client relationships and expanding accounts.
• Achieve new account acquisition, expansion, and retention while handling customer orders.
• Increase revenue by proactive account management and strategic retention.
• Execute new business opportunities on behalf of the Company.
• Hit monthly sales objectives while negotiating with customers for mutual benefit.
