KeySource, a Cincinnati-based pharmaceutical distributor, is hiring for an Inside Sales Account Manager (uncapped commissions) with a strong base salary and performance bonuses. The role centers on growing nationwide pharmacy relationships, acquiring new accounts, and driving revenue through proactive account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales areas via outbound and inbound calls, referrals and emails to Pharmacies nationwide.
• Drive revenue growth, account penetration, and satisfaction through client relationships.
• Achieve new account acquisition, expansion and retention while facilitating customer orders.
• Increase revenue through proactive account retention and relationship management.
• Execute new business opportunities on behalf of the Company and negotiate terms.

What youll be doing:

• Developing new sales areas, through outbound & inbound calls, referrals, and emails to Pharmacies nationwide.
• Drive revenue growth, account penetration, and satisfaction by cultivating high-value client relationships.
• Achieve new account acquisition, account expansion, and account retention, while facilitating Customer orders and requests.
• Increase revenue growth through strategic account retention and proactive relationship management.
• Executing new business opportunities on behalf of the Company.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer objectives, while negotiating and collaborating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
