Qualifications

• 3+ years in 3PL freight brokerage sales & account management.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a profitable book of business.
• Excellent negotiation skills with customers and carriers.
• Ability to quote freight, negotiate rates, and manage freight efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, Manage and expand your existing book of business.
• Oversee full-cycle logistics operations (pricing, sourcing, execution, customer management).
• Drive new business through strong sales execution and relationship building.
• Work alongside our team to support growth and representation of the firm.
