Job summary

Vista Trans Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Account Manager to join our growing team. You will manage and expand your book of business, oversee full-cycle logistics operations, and drive new revenue through strategic sales and strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 3PL Freight Brokerage Sales & Account Management.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a profitable book of business.
• Excellent negotiation skills with customers and carriers.
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, DAT, Truckstop, and CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, manage and expand your existing book of business.
• Oversee full-cycle logistics operations (pricing, sourcing, execution, customer management).
• Drive new business through strong sales execution and relationship building.
• Collaborate with team to support growth and representation of the firm.
