American Fidelity Corporation is seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager to grow and manage K-12 school accounts with worksite insurance products. You will build long-term relationships, develop needs-based recommendations, and expand our employee benefits offerings within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success and awards.
• Customer Service skills demonstrated in sales contexts.
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 School accounts with worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized, needs-based employee benefit packages through annual enrollments and group presentations.
