American Fidelity Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager with a track record in B2B or consultative sales for enterprise and financial services offerings. In this role, you’ll manage K-12 school accounts, uncover needs, and present customized employee benefit solutions.

A defined territory supports career progression and a robust training program. You will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses, company car with gas card, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success and sales awards.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Focus on growing and maintaining existing K-12 School accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
