Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience with a pattern of success and awards
• Customer service skills
• Ability to pass background checks (financial, criminal, motor vehicle)

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 school accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual enrollments and group presentations
