Job summary

American Fidelity is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow and manage K-12 school accounts, selling worksite insurance products and services. You will build lasting relationships and present customized benefit packages to meet employee needs.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with Fast Start incentives and a clear career progression pathway within a national client base.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success with career growth, sales successes and sales awards.
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 School accounts by selling worksite insurance products and services to the community.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
