Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor - Unarmed for a client site in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee daily security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure top-quality service and client satisfaction.

This role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving. You will conduct performance reviews, manage incident reports, and coordinate with the client to improve site security while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with the client.
• Assist in post orders and cost-reduction recommendations.
