Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor - Unarmed for an on-site role in Arizona. The position oversees the security function, staffing, training, and quality assurance at the client site, with responsibilities including payroll, incident reporting, and post orders.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory security experience, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and an active Arizona guard card. Health insurance and 401k plans are offered for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications per site orders.
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction opportunities for management.
