Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance with contract terms while ensuring quality service and client satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience in security, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with the public. Competitive hourly pay is offered with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass driving licensing tests if operating a company or client vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll duties and incident reports as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per post orders.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements.
