Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Field Supervisor - Unarmed in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise Security Professionals and ensure on-site coverage, working closely with Operations Managers to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities include post visits, on-the-job training, scheduling support, and timely reporting. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and 3+ years of protective experience are required, with standard benefits and growth potential offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required per state/local laws.
• Three years of professional protective service experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and orientation to new staff at posts.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and report to Operations Manager/HR as directed.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
