Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee the professional operation and administration of uniformed security services at a client site in the United States. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure quality service and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company vehicle.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll-related tasks and assist with security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
