Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, on-site training, and ensuring contract compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level per AUS requirements.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Identify productivity and cost reduction opportunities.
• Recommend post orders and physical security surveys as appropriate.
