Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client's site.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while maintaining cost effectiveness and responding to client needs and emergencies per site Post Orders. A proven supervisory background in security is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass state training/licensing requirements.
• Minimum one year of verifiable supervisory security experience.
• 18+ years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain minimal overtime as directed by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance via inspections.
• Prepare incident reports and support security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per Post Orders.
