Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers to ensure quality service and compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, recognizing performance, and applying disciplinary action within approved guidelines, while maintaining a safe and professional environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience and clean driving record where applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to interact with the public professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Prepare written reports and logs; respond to client needs and crises.
