Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The Shift Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, recognizing performance, and applying disciplinary actions within approved guidelines. Candidates must have 2+ years of security experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Demonstrated written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver's license with clean record for driving positions, if applicable.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Able to operate client-site wireless technology.
