Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations on a specific shift. The role involves coordinating with site leadership to ensure quality service delivery.

The supervisor will work with the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and professional demeanor.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching.
• Coordinate with site supervisor and Account Manager.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services on shift.
• Liaise with officers and client site to handle incidents.
