Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.

The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervision, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; professional with the public.
• Must prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Need a valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
