Tech Mahindra is seeking a UKG Ready Consultant to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management. Based in Sanford, FL, you will work with stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.

You''ll lead end-to-end implementation, configure modules, manage integrations (ERP/SAP/Workday), build reports, train users, and ensure compliance with labor laws while continuously improving UKG Ready usage.

• Experience with UKG Ready or Kronos Workforce Ready.
• APIs, data mapping, and report building experience.
• Strong HR and payroll process knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Implement and configure UKG Ready modules: Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Scheduling.
• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Provide day-to-day production support and resolve system tickets.
• Manage integrations with ERP, SAP, and Workday; ensure data integrity.
• Develop reports using UKG Reporting tools and document best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT; train users and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and optimize system utilization.

Job Title: UKG Ready Consultant

Location: Sanford FL

FTE preferred $130K

C2H rate $65/hr

We are seeking a skilled UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) professional to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration

Configure UKG Ready modules including:

Core HR
Time & Attendance
Payroll
Scheduling / Workforce Management

Participate in end to end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Customize workflows, business rules, and accruals.

Support & Maintenance

Provide day to day production support for UKG Ready applications.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets.
Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements.

Integration & Data Management

Handle integrations between UKG Ready and third party systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Workday).
Perform data imports/exports and maintain data integrity.
Develop and maintain reports using UKG reporting tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements.
Provide functional guidance and best practices.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.

Compliance & Optimization

Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
Recommend process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.

Strong experience with UKG Ready / Kronos Workforce Ready

Preferred Qualifications

UKG (Kronos) certification is a plus
Experience in cloud based HR systems
Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
Experience in Agile / project based environments

Education

Bachelors degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central
Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
Basic scripting or automation knowledge

The pay range for this role is $120,000-$130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
