NTT DATA is seeking an experienced UKG Functional Consultant to support an enterprise AMS engagement. The role demands hands-on UKG Workforce Management expertise across transition, stabilization, and steady-state support.

The candidate will resolve functional issues, support timekeeping and payroll processes, and drive continuous improvement with HR, Payroll, and IT teams. Remote work availability is expected for global engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UKG/Kronos Workforce Management experience.
• Strong UKG functional expertise and production support experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• ITIL framework understanding.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Transition and knowledge acquisition with business SMEs.
• Provide L2/L3 UKG functional support and resolve incidents.
• Configure pay/work rules, schedules, accruals, and related UKG components.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors during integrations.
• Participate in testing, releases, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor SLA/KPI adherence and communicate with stakeholders.
