Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., seeks a High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager for UK university partners on the West Coast USA. You will recruit US high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs in the UK and manage counselor relationships across the territory.

You will design and execute recruitment strategies, travel to events, and advise families on UK applications. Strong presentation and relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in student recruitment or related role.
• Experience recruiting within US high school networks is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit U.S. high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs in the UK.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high school relationships across a US territory.
• Design and execute a territory recruitment strategy including school visits, college fairs, and events.
• Build Kaplan's brand awareness among high school counselors.
• Identify and cultivate new high school partnerships to expand UK-bound recruitment network.
• Advise students and families on UK applications and life at partner universities.
• Travel regularly to visit high schools and recruitment events.
