Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., seeks a High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager for the Northeast USA to recruit U.S. high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs at Kaplan's UK partner universities.

You will build and manage relationships with counselors, college advisors, and administrators across the assigned territory, traveling as needed and driving recruitment targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in student recruitment, college admissions, school partnerships, or related relationship-management/sales role.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting inside the US high school networks ideally private high schools.
• Track record of meeting recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with US high school counselors/administrators.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills with a large, dispersed portfolio.
• Ability to travel frequently (regional and national).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by car/air as needed.

Aufgaben

• Recruit U.S. high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs at Kaplan's UK partner universities.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high school relationships across an assigned U.S. territory.
• Design and execute a territory recruitment strategy including school visits, college fairs, and counsellor events.
• Build Kaplan's brand credibility among high school counsellors as a trusted information source.
• Identify and cultivate new high school partnerships to expand Kaplan's UK-bound recruitment network.
• Advise students and families on the UK application process and life at partner universities.
• Guide prospective students through the application journey to enrolment at UK partner universities.
• Meet and exceed recruitment/conversion/enrolment targets within the territory.
• Document all visits/interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and visa advising teams for a seamless student experience.
• Represent Kaplan at national/regional college fairs and events.
• Track territory performance, relationship health, and recruitment pipeline to leadership.
• Travel regularly to high schools and recruitment events.
