Job summary

Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., seeks a High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager to recruit US high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs at Kaplan's UK university partners. The role manages relationships with counselors, colleges, and districts, and travels across the United States to visit schools and attend events.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, ~3 years in student recruitment or related roles, proven targets achievement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Approximately 3 years in student recruitment or related role.
• Experience recruiting within US high school networks.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with large territory management.
• Willingness to travel frequently; valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit U.S. high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs at Kaplan's UK university partners.
• Design and execute a territory recruitment strategy with school visits, presentations, and events.
• Build Kaplan's brand as a trusted source for UK study options.
• Identify and cultivate new high school partnerships to expand the network.
• Advise students and families on the UK application process and life at partner universities.
• Manage the application journey from interest to enrolment with families.
