Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., seeks a High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager to build and manage US high school partnerships for UK university programmes. The role encompasses end-to-end recruitment, from outreach to enrolment, targeting counselors, administrators, and students across the United States.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience in student recruitment, college admissions, school partnerships, or related role.
• Experience recruiting inside US high school networks.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building with US high school counselors and administrators.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Ability to travel frequently; valid driver's license.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse student populations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit U.S. high school students into UK undergraduate and pathway programs.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high school relationships across a U.S. territory.
• Design and execute a territory recruitment strategy including events and visits.
• Build Kaplan's credibility among high school counselors as a trusted source.
• Identify and cultivate new high school partnerships for UK-bound recruitment.
• Advise students and families on UK applications and options.
• Guide students from interest to enrolment at UK partner universities.
• Meet and exceed recruitment and enrolment targets.
• Document visits and communications in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and visa advising teams.
• Represent Kaplan at college fairs and counselor events.
• Track territory performance and recruitment pipeline for leadership.
• Travel regularly within the territory to visit high schools and events.
