Job summary

Kaplan International Pathways seeks a High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment of U.S. high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs at Kaplan's UK university partners.

You will develop a portfolio of school relationships, execute a territory strategy with visits, fairs, and events, and build Kaplan's credibility with counselors and families. You will advise students on UK applications, guide them through the enrollment journey, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ~3 years of experience in student recruitment, college admissions, school partnerships, or related relationship-management/sales role.
• Experience recruiting inside US high school networks, ideally private high schools.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with US high school counselors/administrators.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Ability to travel frequently (regional and occasional national travel).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel by car/air.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high school relationships (counsellors, college advisors, administrators) across an assigned territory.
• Design and execute a territory recruitment strategy with school visits, presentations, college fairs, and counsellor events.
• Build Kaplan's brand awareness and credibility among high school counsellors as a trusted source of information on UK options.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new high school partnerships to expand UK-bound recruitment.
• Advise students and families on UK applications, courses, and life at Kaplan's partner universities.
• Guide students and parents through the application journey to enrollment at UK partner universities.
• Meet and exceed recruitment, conversion, and enrollment targets within the territory.
• Document visits and communications in Salesforce CRM; collaborate with admissions, marketing, and visa advising teams.
• Represent Kaplan at national/regional college fairs, conferences, and counsellor events; report on territory performance.
