Job summary

Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., seeks a High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager for Northeast USA to recruit US high school students into UK undergraduate and pathway programs. You will manage campaigns, deliver presentations, and build partnerships with counselors and districts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in recruitment, and frequent travel. Remote/nationwide in the USA with UK partner universities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years in student recruitment or related relationship-management/sales role.
• Experience recruiting inside US high school networks.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building with counselors and administrators.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large, dispersed portfolio.
• Ability to travel frequently (regional and national travel).

Responsibilities

• Recruit U.S. high school students into undergraduate and pathway programs in the UK.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high school relationships across an assigned US territory.
• Design and execute a territory recruitment strategy including visits, fairs, and events.
• Build Kaplan's brand credibility among high school counselors.
• Identify and cultivate new high school partnerships to expand UK-bound recruitment.
• Advise students and families on the UK application process and life at partner universities.
• Guide applicants through the journey from interest to enrolment at UK partner universities.
• Meet and exceed recruitment, conversion, and enrolment targets.
• Document visits and communications in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and visa advising teams.
• Represent Kaplan at college fairs and counsellor association events.
• Track territory performance and recruitment pipeline; report to leadership.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
