Carrier is seeking an experienced UK Service Operations Director to lead the UK Service business, overseeing revenue, margins, and profitability while driving digital service initiatives. This executive role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and people development across multi-site operations.

You will own the annual budget, implement efficiency improvements, and partner with Sales to expand recurring revenue, with a focus on safety, compliance, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a service/maintenance/engineering environment.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-site teams and transform operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical capability.
• Experience with ERP and field service management systems (SAP/ServiceMax).

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance of UK Service, meeting revenue, gross margin, EBIT and cash targets.
• Own annual budget, forecasting, and performance management across Service.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Standardise processes, ensure safety, ethics and compliance across teams.
• Partner with UK Service Sales Director to accelerate service growth and renewals.
• Lead and develop the Service organisation, coach talent and drive succession planning.
• Implement connected/digital service solutions to enhance customer value.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Build executive relationships with key customers as senior sponsor.
