Job summary

lemlistlemlist is seeking an English native sales professional to drive growth in the UK & Ireland market and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies to build a pipeline for mid-market teams.

You will report to the Europe Sales Manager and collaborate across product and customer success to ensure onboarding and long-term retention in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment.

Qualifications

• English native
• 2+ years in a sales role with top-quartile performance
• Experience in pipeline generation (cold calls/emails/LinkedIn)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and closing deals with C-level
• Experience in competitive markets
• Interest in sales automation tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding
• Target companies with 200–10,000 employees across industries
• Use inbound and outbound strategies to build and close deals (5–10 seats)
• Maintain relationships and generate revenue through referrals and product-led opportunities
