Job summary
Dash0 is hiring a Commercial Solutions Engineer to bridge product and customer outcomes in observability. You will design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0's technical capabilities in real-world environments, and partner with sales and product to deliver compelling POCs and architecture discussions.
Based in a remote-first environment with offices in NY, Amsterdam, and Munich, you will influence roadmap, deliver technical demos to engineers and executives, and help customers realize the full
Qualifications
- Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
- Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion.
- Strong DevOps/SRE practices.
- Excellent communication to engineers and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable, performant Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute POCs highlighting Dash0's capabilities.
- Deliver technical demos for engineering and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and telemetry modeling.
- Create and maintain demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
- Provide technical insights to influence product roadmap.
