Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Risk Placement Specialist to support sales and risk placement for high net worth clients. You will evaluate referrals, route to appropriate private client or personal lines, and help prepare proposals with carriers.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. You will work with underwriters and carriers to secure favorable pricing and terms, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Insurance designations (e.g., CPRM, CPRIA, CISR, CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales process to retain and grow the business with marketing support.
• Partner with sales and service teams to promote Relation’s products and services.
• Analyze markets and coverage options to tailor solutions to client risk profiles.
• Manage end-to-end new business placement including submissions and carrier communications.
• Develop proposals reflecting coverages, premiums, and underwriting outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to align placement with sales and service objectives.
