Responsibilities

• Evaluate referrals for HNW/UHNW alignment and route appropriately.
• Develop renewal strategies based on client risk and market conditions.
• Analyze markets and coverage options to propose competitive solutions.
• Manage end-to-end new business placement: prep, submission, follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with carriers through underwriters.
• Prepare proposals reflecting coverage, premiums, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and service to align placement with objectives.
• Ensure quotes comply with laws and regulations.
• Stay current on industry trends and new products.
• Adopt AI solutions to enhance client service.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
