Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting risk placement in UHNW/Family Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process to retain and grow business by providing marketing support.
• Develop renewal strategies based on client risk profiles, market conditions and carrier options.
• Analyze markets, products and coverage to recommend tailored, competitive solutions.
• Manage end-to-end new business placement including prep, submission, follow-up, and documentation.
• Leverage carrier relationships to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals reflecting coverages, premiums, and underwriting outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to align placement with objectives.
• Ensure quotes/proposals comply with laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products; adopt AI tools to improve service.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
