Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Placement Specialist to manage the new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. This role collaborates with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams and carrier partners to deliver high-quality service and proposals.

Key responsibilities include timeline management, exposure analysis, and preparing coverage proposals. Requires strong communication, organization, and licensing in Property & Casualty; on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Timeline & Process Management for new business and renewals.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with markets.
• Review policies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare submissions for new business and renewals, including ACORD applications.
• Analyze prospect client exposure and loss data; support financial modeling as needed.
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and wholesalers.
• Handle confidential information with care.
• Assist with rating tools and carrier systems for proposals.
