Relation Insurance Services in Irvine, CA invites a Risk Placement Specialist to support sales growth through dependable marketing collaboration and accurate client support.

You will evaluate referrals for HNW/UHNW alignment, route to appropriate lines, and craft renewal strategies based on risk profiles and market conditions. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Licensure required for Property & Casualty.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Insurance designations encouraged (CPRM/CPRIA/CISR/CIC/CPCU).
• Strong MS Office proficiency and client communication skills.
• Ability to analyze risk and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supports new business strategy and revenue generation by evaluating referrals to assess alignment with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) criteria and routing to Private Client or Personal Lines as needed.
• Develops and implements renewal strategies based on client risk, market conditions and carrier options.
• Analyzes markets, products, and coverage options to tailor competitive solutions for client risk profiles.
• Manages end-to-end new business placement including preparation, submission, follow-up, and documentation.
• Leverages carrier and underwriter relationships to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Delivers comprehensive proposals reflecting recommended coverages, premiums, and underwriting outcomes.
