Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Placement Specialist to join our growing team. The role handles new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts, coordinating with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners to deliver high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant insurance marketing experience, a Property & Casualty license, and familiarity with agency management systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant insurance marketing experience with personal lines high net worth placements.
• Experience working for an insurance broker or agency, including marketing accounts to carriers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and markets.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Progress toward or attainment of industry designations such as CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal processes for personal lines high net worth accounts.
• Oversee timelines, exposure analysis, and quote specifications.
• Negotiate coverage terms and present proposals to clients.
• Prepare property and casualty insurance submissions using Acord applications and the firm’s agency management system.
• Analyze client exposure data and support risk assessment modeling.
• Maintain relationships with insurance markets and carriers.
• Ensure confidentiality and licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners.
