Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. seeks a Risk Placement Specialist for High Net Worth Personal Lines to support new business and renewals with tailored, competitively priced solutions.

You will collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize placements and utilize strong carrier relationships for favorable terms. Ideal candidates have a P&C license, 5+ years in UHNW risk placement, a four-year degree preferred, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• A Property and Casualty license from domicile is required and must be maintained.
• Four-year degree preferred; insurance designations are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years' UHNW/family office risk placement experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Customer-focused, high integrity with excellent work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports new business strategy by evaluating referrals for HNW/UHNW alignment.
• Develops renewal strategies based on client risk profiles and carrier options.
• Analyzes markets and coverage to tailor optimal solutions.
• Manages end-to-end new business placement: submissions, quotes, carrier communications.
• Leverages carrier/underwriter relationships to negotiate pricing and terms.
• Delivers comprehensive proposals reflecting coverages and pricing.
• Collaborates with sales/service to align placement with objectives.
• Ensures quotes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Adopts innovative technology, including AI solutions, in service delivery.
